Use edit-none icon in task switcher if no applications are running

Mr. Athozus requested to merge athozus/plasma-mobile:work/athozus/no-windows-empty-icon into master

As written in the title, replace window icon by edit-none icon. The window icon is least representative of what it means that the edit-none icon (gives more the feeling of something being empty).

However, I'm wondering if in the future we should request a window-slash icon.
