[applet] Port to plasmaExtras.SwitchButton

Ports the applet to use the new PlasmaExtras.SwitchButton.

Requires bluedevil!3 (merged) and https://invent.kde.org/frameworks/plasma-framework/-/merge_requests/41 before merging.

No visual or behavioral changes, but less custom code:
