[kded] Ignore connection deactivation shortly after wakeup
We already ignore any deactivation between suspend and resume, i.e. PrepareForSleep true and false, however, it can happen that the notification deactivation is only registered when the system is already back up, leading to a deactivation notification.
after update to focal with newer NM and logind I started getting annoying "connection deactivated" when waking up from suspend. This patch mitigates that.
