Allow importing VPN profiles through file association
This adds a helper "importer" that can be associated with (VPN) connection profile configuration files and import them when opened in a file manager.
So far, for lack of available MIME types in shared-mime-info, only OpenVPN and Cisco-compatible VPN are supported.
Didn’t test Cisco much since my NM doesn’t support it. OpenVPN worked fine, though.
