Add xor mode for Bond

Dmitrii Fomchenkov requested to merge fomchenkovda/plasma-nm:add-bond-xor-mode into master

In the "Wi-Fi & Networking - System Settings" you cannot select the Bond "XOR" aggregation mode, although it can be specified through the nmcli utility.

For example $ nmcli con add type bond ifname bond0 bond.options "mode=balance-xor"
