Use -symbolic for all network icons

Marco Martin requested to merge work/mart/symbolic into master

For all icons that end up in the systray, ask for the symbolic version, so themes can provide them as monochrome even if they prefer to have a non-monochrome version for the tooltip version.

on breeze no viaual change should happen with this patch
