Improve separators in the KCM's list of connections

The section header has a separator line already, so it's not necessary for visual separation. That makes it consistent with the very first item in the list and with the items preceding section headers. Also set the margins appropriately.

I guess the line should be wrapped, not sure what's the best way to do that in QML.
