Support wake-on-lan options in wired connection editor

Some conditions

  1. Default / Ignore / (others) is exclusive
  2. all others can be used together
  3. ALL no checked is allowed.
  4. WOL password is valid only if magic checked
  5. WOL password could only be in MAC address format.
