🍒Revert "Fix the connection speed tab remaining visible after disconnecting"

The commit introduced incorrect interaction with the tab remembering system where now the default page would always be tab 1 because the commit would force it current and then the remembering system would remember it being active. Since the remembering system is older this presents a regression.

This reverts commit 4d9d78ba.
