applet: Avoid explicit location on a Page footer

Merged ivan tkachenko requested to merge work/ratijas/yeet-explicit-location into master

This is deduced by C++ magic of a container Page. After the upstream patch1 is accepted, there should be no more reason to specify an explicit location/position for this ToolBar.
