kcm/speakertest: Improve visuals

Visual improvement that was brought up in the @teams/vdg group:

• add icons over text, improve sizes and padding
• add an instructional text below ("click on the speakers to test sound")
• provide feedback when a sound is playing
• rotate the speaker icons towards the user avatar
