[Microphone Indicator] Show OSD when app starts using muted microphone

When an application starts using the microphone but it is muted, show the OSD as a reminder.

It won't show again unless the microphone was unmuted inbetween.

I have my mic muted most of the time but sometimes I want to send a voice message and then forget I am muted.
