KCM: rename "Balance" button for clarity

Nate Graham requested to merge ngraham/plasma-pa:channelzzzzz into master

In English this word could be read as a noun ("see the balance") or an imperative verb ("balance all the things"). Let's clarify this by changing the text to indicate what the button will actually do: show the audio channels so you can adjust them.
