Remember last used tab

Kai Uwe Broulik requested to merge work/kbroulik/remember-tab into master

I think we've had this discussion before at some point...

Anyway, I find myself looking at the apps tab more often to see if the app picks up my mic, so I'd like that it remembers the tab through plasma restarts
