Fix iconexplorer ktexteditor plugin

First i noticed it was not installed to the correct path so kate couldn't even load it...

then after i fixed that, it was not working because cuttlefish executable got renamed to iconexplorer

and... after fixing that it started segfaulting whole kate lmao
