Draft: themeexplorer: Rewrite in QQC2 + Kigirami components

Hello and welcome to my rewrite of Plasma Theme Explorer.

Most of the app is done by now, except the following TODOs:

  • Refactor sidebar in a separate component completely.
  • Detach model properties and pass copies to the sidebar, so we won't need to check for view.currentItem !== null a million of times.
  • Color editor page ???
  • Toolbar is too wide for a default window size and "labels beside icons" button style.
