Fix a bunch of porting issues and also row sizing

This MR contains a bunch of commits that port stuff to upstream API changes. It also fixes row sizing so it always shows the full legend instead of compressing it and uses loaders for some more stuff in PageContents to (hopefully) speed up page loading.
