Migrate existing system activity shortcut

plasma-systemmonitor has spiritually taken over the shortcut from the old System Monitor app

However when the user has set a custom shortcut for it that is lost

Migrate it

This has the benefit of removing the exiting 'KDE Daemon' entry from the shortcuts list
