Update the formatting of ColumnConfigurationDialog to use standard styling

  • Allow the background to change on hover giving better feedback.
  • Don't use alternating colours.
  • Add some margin at the top and bottom of the Listview

Also by not using the alternating background it gets rid of the overlap that has with the dialog border which doesn't look great, the below now doesn't happen
