Revert fix for the alternating background

Partially reverts 683bd852

It has been fixed upstream in Kirigami via frameworks/kirigami@0a3e6e94

Also, the patch wasn't correct w.r.t. RTL layouts, because Dialog::*Padding properties are not mirrored automatically.
