FaceConfigurationPage: use title case for actions

Christoph Wolk requested to merge cwo/plasma-systemmonitor:configpage_case into master

Most actions in the hamburger menu of FaceConfigurationPage use title case, as is common convention in menus and as recommended by the HIG. The kns actions (for presets and faces), however, use sentence case.

This change converts the action labels to title case.
