Improve Keyboard Navigation

Arjen Hiemstra requested to merge work/ahiemstra/keynavigation into master

This includes a number of fixes to improve keyboard navigation. Together with frameworks/qqc2-desktop-style!33 (merged) this means key navigation for "viewing" mostly just works.

  • Include table headers in tab order and make them navigable.
  • Include tables in tab order and make them navigable.
  • Fix dialogs to take focus when shown and have basic key navigation working.
