Cleanup: Move qml and asset content, and more

Contents of src/contents/ui have been moved to src/qml, assets to src/assets, Feedback has been moved out of the kcms folder as there's no reason to separate it from the other pages, and KCM was renamed to KCMPage for consistency with GenericPage and ScrollablePage.
