Overhaul "Simple by Default" page, moving System Settings
Big thanks to @ngraham for the original MR, !150 (closed). This MR is a rewrite that uses the new modular mock components introduced in !151 (merged). Nate's original MR was prompted by feedback here.
SimpleByDefault: Overhaul page with desktop preview
- Right now the "Simple by default" page is very simple in what it shows, but that thing is System Settings, which is decidedly not simple and goes against the message that you don't need to configure anything to be productive!
- Instead, let's show a mock desktop and panel that shows information about standard features when you hover over them.
PowerfulWhenNeeded: Replace GNS with System Settings
- As we've removed System Settings from "Simple By Default", we'll place it here, where it more sensibly belongs.
- At a later time, we may have a "Plasma is made of plasmoids" page that includes GNS.
