Draft: main: Add hamburger menu for update, about and settings
This MR adds an about and settings page, and provides access to them and the update page through a hamburger menu:

I'd like for it to appear on the right side, but this is not supported by GlobalDrawer. There is also a bug in Kirigami with the spacing between the menu button and the Page's title:
