Mention the distro on the intro page
We don't want distros avoiding shipping Welcome Center or having to hotpatch the first page to get themselves mentioned there. There's more we can do to improve that, but this is a start.

I wouldn't mind figuring out a way to add the distro logo somewhere on this page, but I haven't had any good ideas yet. @teams/vdg ideas are welcomed.
