Night color KCM, fix default highlighting

Benjamin Port requested to merge work/bport/nightcolor into master
  • Port KCM to KConfigXT in order to use same technology as other KCM and benefits from defaultness highlighting for free.
  • Using same technology as other KCM will ease maintenance, by being less custom
