lock/login screens: center clock when UI is hidden and animate y changes

This commit implements a recent VDG mockup for a tweak to the Login and Lock screens. It centers the clock when the UI is not visible, and animates the clock's y position when the UI appears and disappears and the clock moves to its final position.
