Make opening and printing tooltip non-generic.

Corbin Schwimmbeck requested to merge cswim/plasma-workspace:enhancement-better-description into master

Previously, the tooltips referred to generic "Open an exisitng document" or "Print document", as defined in the kframework.

I have now made these descriptions match what they do, since they are specific to font files and printing font previews.
This updates both the menubar action tooltips as well as button tooltips.

Current strings: "Open an existing document", "Print document" Proposed strings: "Open an existing font file", "Print font preview"
