[Notifications] Enable all configured thumbnailers

Kai Uwe Broulik requested to merge work/kbroulik/noti-all-thumbnailers into master

This reads from dolphinrc (just like KFilePreviewGenerator does) which thumbnailers are enabled.

With that I now also see a thumbnail for eg. videos
