Applet batteryMonitor: Hide applet only when Fully charged and plugged in

Méven Car requested to merge meven/plasma-workspace:batterymonitor-fullycharged into master

State can stay at Fully Charged while discharging for a short while.

This ensures we only hide the applet when in that state when we are also plugged in. That is, as soon as we unplugged and are in Fully Charged state, we set the status to ActiveStatus.
