Drop screen 0 -> primary screen link

Marco Martin requested to merge work/mart/primaryScreenRework into master

keep the id/connector name association always fixed and never change it instead, change the screen of containments when a primary screen changes

This reduces a bit the number of moving parts and will make it a easier to migrate to screen connector names instead.
