Draft: wallpapers: Remove actions when slide show is closed

Fushan Wen requested to merge work/fusionfuture/BUG446195-color-wallpaper-crash into master

Dangling actions will cause crashes when the user changes "Wallpaper Type" from "Slideshow" to others.
