[applets/batterymonitor] Fix it, pt.3: Replace `opacity: 0.5` and `0.6` with `enabled: false`

In terms of PC3.Label, enabled: false is equivalent to 0.6 opacity.

I have two more changes, relatively big ones, for this applet, and few more minor fixes like this. Not sure how much time it would take to polish and commit though. So lets keep going one little step at a time…
