[KSplash] Start with zero opacity

Kai Uwe Broulik requested to merge work/kbroulik/ksplash-init-zero into master

The introAnimation only kicks in at stage 2 so you might catch a glimpse of the logo before its fade-in animation starts.

My ksshaskpass prompt no longer shows ontop of a Plasma logo which then disappears and fade in again.

Probably good for stable?
