[applets/batterymonitor] Fit it, pt.9: Keep social distance
To be merged after: !1275 (merged). No technical reasons, just because.
Apart from cleaning layouts and expressions, this patch set introduces a neat spacing between list items and a scrollbar, because usually delegates span all the width without padding themselves.
