Abstract SystemDialogs out
Makes it possible to choose at runtime whether to use the Mobile dialog or desktop.
For mobile to work great, we need https://codereview.qt-project.org/c/qt/qtdeclarative/+/386959, otherwise there's a crash on destruction.
