Match applets by English keywords even when system is in another locale
Follow-up to systemsettings!101 (merged) and systemsettings!103 (merged).
Note that this change is untested (not compiled locally). I hope that I understood the code correctly.
Background: I have my system set to German locale. Searching for "battery" in the "add widgets" panel yields no results. What this is MR trying to implement: Searching for "battery" will yield the "Battery & Brightness" widget.
