shell: Force adjust the geometry of DesktopView when it's wrong
This is a hack for bug 450443. x is not aligned with the screen geometry on login when the primary screen is not on the leftmost place.

Note: I am still finding the true cause of the bug, but currently without any progress because I don't know what program sets the x (not changed by kwin).
