kcms/nightcolor: align description to the left and adjust it's size

Felipe Kinoshita requested to merge work/fhek/night_color_description_text into master

The description text used to be centered but that wasn't consistent with other KCMs so now it's left aligned.

Now the description text also can occupy more space, it used to be limited to only half of the page's width.
