Install Krunner desktop file to applications data dir

Fix KRunner installed files to be able to land. cc frameworks/kglobalaccel!2 (merged)

Implementing a fallback in kglobalaccell to kglobalaccel data dir might be a better alternative.

@davidre Previously "NoDisplay" was used to turn off shortcuts in kglobalaccel dirs. I tried to fix this, but I remember you were working on it, but could not find the merge request.
