Fix wallpaper accent color not applying properly to the titlebars
This fixes the annoying bug of wallpaper colors not applying to the titlebars. This MR may not work. In that case try the following steps. 1. restart kded5. 2. make sure it was really killed and restarted. 3. If still not working then manually copy paste the shared library using the command "sudo cp ~/kde/build/plasma-workspace/bin/kf5/kded/plasma_accentcolor_service.so /usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/qt5/plugins/kf5/kded/". 4. Again make really sure that the kded5 is restarted otherwise the fixed object won't be loaded.
