kcms/color: add animation to custom accent color buttons
I saw that the color buttons are already clickable without the checkbox being checked. I tried to change that in past but it was left as it is since it has some benefits. But the design of the color labels does not consider this and make them less opaque when the checkbox is not checked. So the buttons appear as if they are not clickable but they are indeed clickable. Instead providing an suitable animation for them is better. That is what I have done in the new commit. I hope this will make the experience better.
