applets/notifications: allow screen reader to read notification body in FullRepresentation
activeFocusOnTab is set to true in the icon item, and false in bodyText, and the body text will become bold text when the icon gets focus. Accessible properties are also added to the icon item because Layout doesn't support activeFocusOnTab.
