kcms/nightcolor: add label for 6500K = no filter

It is not entirely obvious that 6500K amounts to no blue light filter.

Add a label showing "no filter" when the slider is set to the neutral value.

I am not entirely convinced about what's the best UI here and am open to alternative suggestions.
