Expose the session management interfaces to QML

Aleix Pol Gonzalez requested to merge work/apol/kworkspace-qml into master

At the moment we are getting away with using C++ and the power management data engine but we better just expose the source.

At the moment I couldn't find any api to log out, and in the user switching plasmoid we were just shutting down instead.
