applets/systemtray: Move the expander arrow to the beginning of the tray

The systrem tray grows from the right to the left side. The expander arrow should be at the end of the tray logically. Currently the arrow gets in the way of the smooth flow of icons and the date widget. If this is at the end, then the whole tray will look more harmonious.
