Battery Monitor: For non-power supply batteries show known-good status

Status was probably not shown because some devices report bogus values but for known good states (Charging, discharging, fully charged), we should show the status nonetheless.

Both iPhone and wireless mouse report Charging/Discharging/Fullycharged correctly. It's pretty much the same Logitech unifying tranceiver I used a decade ago when I did the original battery monitor implementation. Not sure why I chose to not show status for those devices then. Or maybe UPower/drivers etc have become better over time.
