Device Notifier: Special case opening AFC

Kai Uwe Broulik requested to merge work/kbroulik/devicenotifier-afc into master

Similarly to how it's done for MTP

Fixes opening phone from device notifier not working.

I think this should go into stable.

If you don't have KIO AFC, this option wouldn't show up at all anyway.
