Notifications: Also try X-SnapInstanceName for desktop file resolution

We already do it for X-Flatpak-RenamedFrom.

We also check the BAMF_DESKTOP_FILE_HINT in the environment but it seems Chromium-based apps mess with their environment in an way that the environment in /proc becomes unreliable.

Needs frameworks/kservice!123 (merged) for the service definition.

My snap Slack notifications show up properly now.
